Pine nuts with sweet corn

SERVES TWO 

Cook Time: 15 min

Ingredients:

  • 200g cut corn
  • 80g pine nuts
  • 50ml oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions: 

  1. Add the oil and pine nuts in a wok on a low heat. (Don’t heat the oil.) Keep stirring until the pine nuts start to change their colors.
  2. Take the pine nuts out of the wok, but the oil remains.
  3. Add the corn and stir-fry over a high heat.
  4. Add the salt and sugar after the oil boils.
  5. Stir well and turn off the heat.
  6. Return the pine nuts to the wok and mix them with the corn. Serve it immediately.
