Pine nuts with sweet corn
SERVES TWO
Cook Time: 15 min
Ingredients:
- 200g cut corn
- 80g pine nuts
- 50ml oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
- Add the oil and pine nuts in a wok on a low heat. (Don’t heat the oil.) Keep stirring until the pine nuts start to change their colors.
- Take the pine nuts out of the wok, but the oil remains.
- Add the corn and stir-fry over a high heat.
- Add the salt and sugar after the oil boils.
- Stir well and turn off the heat.
- Return the pine nuts to the wok and mix them with the corn. Serve it immediately.
